Imagine, if you and I, are siblings and thus, we have the same mom. Does it make sense for you to call our mom, Madre (mother in Spanish) and not let me call her madre? I mean, after all, its the same person isnt it?

Religions are suppose to guide people on the righteous path. I am not the right person to give judgment, but I do know that whoever that bombed the churches, their are not the true follower of whatever religion they believed in. They are the heretics.

God, if He exist, would too, condemn their action I bet.

Expectations

As sad as it sounds, I think this is quite true. In my life, I have made and have been made so much expectations that I now find myself slowly slipping away from these expectations.

Am I not trying hard enough? Or did I just gave up trying?

I don't know. But I know for now, all I can do is to keep lowering the expectation I had for myself. Yes, as pathetic as it sounds, it actually keeps me from feeling like a loser.

For some reason, I always think that the grass over the other side is greener and kept wondering if I have made the right choice in my life. But I guess, you do not get a second chance in life.

H1N1

大学开始出现蛮多的H1N1病例了，就连大学的网站也放了一个notice叫学生自己报上去。

其实得到H1N1也蛮爽的咯，第一，你可以直接拿病假，而且这个病假是不需要医生证明的，第二，你可以最多拿到10天的h1n1病假。

在这个期中考和assignment的时期，可以不用上学然后又不用医生证明可说是求之不得的咯。。

不过，老实说，这也可以看得出不同政府对待流感的态度，这里他们只是当作是感冒来看待，得自行隔离，那样而已，不想马来西亚那样，学校一旦有一单case，直接整间学校给关掉。 H1N1只是一个感冒而已，只是它的传染性远比其他感冒来的高。。可是追根究底，它毕竟还只是个感冒吧，无谓大惊小怪。

有一点值得赞扬加拿大政府的就是。。下个月头我就可以去打H1N1的疫苗咯～加拿大政府对疫苗分配是一视同仁的，只要你现在身在加拿大就可以打这个疫苗了，不管你是哪里来的。

小时候听这首歌时，不懂里头表达的是什么。
长大后，再听一遍，有种感触。、
时间的洪流真的是不饶人的。
小时候，我记得蒲种只是个小小的市镇，什么高速公路等等的，完全都不存在。
时间一点一点的流逝，现在看回去，却不知这些高速公路，购物中心是何时冒出的，仿佛他们本来就属于那里。
小时候，我的年代是pokemon的年代，而现在却变成网吧dota，facebook的年代。
也许我们已经不再属于哪个年代的人吧，尽管我们还是被称为年轻人，然而我们小时的经历和比我们小两三年的小朋友小时候的经历，却有着一道宽阔的鸿沟。
